Remember these tips:

  • MSGCU will NEVER ask for your Online or Mobile Banking password.
  • Never share your passwords or security pins.
  • Use different, complex passwords.
  • Ignore unknown/suspicious phone numbers.
  • Never click unknown links.
  • If it seems too good to be true, it’s probably a scam.
  • Don’t send money to people you’ve met online.
  • Contact us at (866) 674-2824 if your account or identity has been compromised.
