A day in my life:

I work closely with other departments to ensure we are offering the best solutions to our members. I assist members with payment arrangements, loan extensions and loan modifications. Being in Repayments, I also assist with repossessions of our collateral and legal action if that becomes necessary.

How is MSGCU different than other financial institutions you've worked for?

MSGCU encourages savings for their team members. They have a great 401k program.

Where I want to be in 5 years:

I would like to promote business lending for MSGCU as a Member Business Loan Officer.
